EVA 

GENERAL MANAGER
Licensed in Human Geography with a specialty in tourism and development. 17 years ago she began to work in tourism agencies and she has more than 5 years of experience in the field of international cooperation. She is passionate about yoga, meditation, and Andean nature. She represents CBCtupay in our international markets and coordinates activities between the NGO CBC, the CBC Hotels, and the travel agency.

PILAR
SALES AND RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Licensed in tourism and an expert in sales. She is our manager of tourist operations and she will help design any type of trip that you can dream of.  If you would like to know where to go in Cusco, what to do and where to eat… ask her. In her free time she is a dance aficionado.

YIESON

SALES AND RESERVATIONS ASSISTANT

Licensed in Tourism with a diploma in public management. He has experience in working jobs involved in the relationships between rural communities and tourists. He can speak English (at an intermediate level) and Quechua. If you would like to get to know the culture, customs, and way of life of our rural communities, he is the person to ask. He is patient, charismatic, and has a passion for playing music and singing.

SONYA
COMMUNITY COORDINATOR 

She knows the indigenous communites of the south of the Peru like the back of her hand. She speaks Quechua fluently and accompanies groups and training workshops. She is our source of joy in the office and she loves to travel. She always needs to start her day with a cup of good coffee.

NORMA
ECONOMIC SOLIDARITY COORDINATOR

An economist with a Masters in Public Administration and a great social vocation. She is an expert in facilitation processes of public management and rural communities, and she gives advice to municipalities. She has 15 years of work experience in rural development projects and has been working for the CBC for more than 9 years. In her free time she likes to travel, eat well, and spoil her pets.

The CBCtupay Staff

In addition to our permanent team, we love getting practitioners from all over the world to help us in different issues of development of the agency. At the moment, two practitioners are with us:

 

    • Ada

 

At the end of her tourism studies, she is helping us for two months. She comes from Sicuani and has a good command of Quechua and knows how to manage projects with peasant communities. She will be a great help with the management of projects and with tourist trips in peasant communities.

    • Eva

 

She is French and came to Cusco to as a volunteer for her civic service for 9 months. She graduated in the management of tourist and heritage organizations. She already has experience with rural community tourism in Nicaragua. She is working on the promotion of the agency and the management of volunteering trips.
